This position will be responsible for the execution of the Core and Affluent Products Strategy in Argentina and for the management of our portfolio value proposition and revamping.
The role requires a deep knowledge of the payment industry with focus in affluent segment combined with the ability to develop and execute a deployment plan for the product strategy.
This position will work closely with Visa regional product, marketing, sales and MSA teams, therefore the candidate should be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills.
Execute short and long-term strategic plans related with core products and affluent portfolio
Manage and understand financial business cases and revenue streams
Manage end-to-end project implementations in the market
Coordinate work across Visa’s internal teams such as Product, Merchants Sales, Marketing, Design, Sales, Operations, CSS, and Legal to manage market deployment
Provide project status reports and represent the project in update meetings and be part of the clients meeting to guide them during the process.
Lead the implementation of issuer’s product agenda in close partnership with sales and marketing teams.
Continuously monitor the market landscape for competitors
Identify affluent business opportunities and bring new ideas for the value proposition
Design and implement activation and usage campaign related
Education : Bachelor Degree required
Years’ Experience : 5+ in Payments Industry, digital banking, Fintech, Mobile Money, segment management in the financial service industry or related,
