The Coca Coal Company is undertaking a system wide digital transformation journey that will drive advancement for both the company and its franchise partners.

This journey will touch virtually every element of the traditional supply chain leveraging data and technology to improve our overall performance and unlock value across new business, operational efficiencies and create break-though sales and marketing capabilities.

Position Overview :

The Digital Transformation Director is the bridge, the translator between the business needs (verticals or business pain points any challenge that is holding our business back), the technical digital world (horizontals or digital foundations data, digital commerce, AI), and key digital players (such as Google, Facebook, CI&T).

He or She is a key change agent because leads and role models a new way of doing things embedded in an agile methodology.

This Director is also responsible for anticipating and managing disruption scenarios, helping the company to make today better decisions to shape the future.

This will require a healthy balance of digital awareness, business mastery, change management know-how and innovative thinking to ensure we continue to challenge status quo while precisely delivering business results.

We are in the process of building our e-commerce capabilities in partnerships with our Bottler. We are looking for a candidate who can wear many hats, hardworking, enthusiastic, energetic and enjoy working with people, who is willing to learn while solving multiple uncertain problems.

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities :

  • STRATEGIC DIRECTION : Contribute to the development a holistic digital strategy for Sout Latin (AR, CL, PE, BO, PY, UY) Business Unit, l ead the Digital Transformation workplan development and dynamics, and champion disruption scenario building to anticipate the desired future.
  • DIGITAL FACTORY MANAGEMENT : Facilitates cycles of BU definition of key business problems (pain points) which Digital will become the main antidote and lead few business squads where a business problem is translated into a digital solution.
  • CULTURE CREATION : Serve as catalyst for consumer-centered design thinking that leverages cross functional resources and agile methodologies to accelerate creation of new value propositions.
  • DIGITAL KNOW-HOW : Constantly Facilitates BU understanding of the Digital world by promoting key immersive initiatives (talks, visits, reading, mentoring, etc) considering the Senior Leadership Team and cascading for the entire BU and inspire and get support from Bottlers by increasing their knowledge of Digital
  • DIGITAL NETWORK : Drive new business development and partnership opportunities with the leading players in the digital space and work closely to Global team and Latin America Team sharing strategy and learning.
  • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT : Act as a talent magnet, both internally and externally for The Coca-Cola Company, and relentlessly recruit and retain the best and brightest talent for SLBU .

  • Education Requirements :

    University Degree (must)

    Postgraduate / Master Degree (desired)

    English (Intermediate / advanced)

    Spanish (advanced)

    Required Qualifications :

  • 18 years of career experience
  • 3-5 years of general management leading strategy design, consumer platforms, brands, beverages categories, innovation, product launches,
  • Track record of change management projects, culture and capability building
  • highly skilled in leading direct and indirect teams with diversified styles and points of views
  • Great learning agility, strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong experience in project management methods to include AGILE solutions delivery and quality management
  • Demonstrated experience managing operating budgets and project budgets
  • Consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations.
  • Ability to influence and execute complex initiatives across a wide range of departments, partners, disciplines, and experience levels
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Retail and or CPG experience
  • Marketing process and strategy experience
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex information concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse / global work groups in high growth, dynamic, high visibility business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking toward tactical execution
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • Design Thinking green belt / black belt
  • Agile / Lean black belt
  • Functional Skills :

  • Commercial Operations experience (must have)

  • Travel maybe required
