The Coca Coal Company is undertaking a system wide digital transformation journey that will drive advancement for both the company and its franchise partners.
This journey will touch virtually every element of the traditional supply chain leveraging data and technology to improve our overall performance and unlock value across new business, operational efficiencies and create break-though sales and marketing capabilities.
Position Overview :
The Digital Transformation Director is the bridge, the translator between the business needs (verticals or business pain points any challenge that is holding our business back), the technical digital world (horizontals or digital foundations data, digital commerce, AI), and key digital players (such as Google, Facebook, CI&T).
He or She is a key change agent because leads and role models a new way of doing things embedded in an agile methodology.
This Director is also responsible for anticipating and managing disruption scenarios, helping the company to make today better decisions to shape the future.
This will require a healthy balance of digital awareness, business mastery, change management know-how and innovative thinking to ensure we continue to challenge status quo while precisely delivering business results.
We are in the process of building our e-commerce capabilities in partnerships with our Bottler. We are looking for a candidate who can wear many hats, hardworking, enthusiastic, energetic and enjoy working with people, who is willing to learn while solving multiple uncertain problems.
