The LATAM Benefits and compensation Lead will ensure that MuleSoft is able to attract and retain the best global talent with competitive compensation that is aligned to performance.

As LATAM Benefits and compensation Lead, you will analyze data from internal and external sources, drive actionable data insights, and improve every aspect of our compensation systems.
You will work hands on with managers to understand compensation proposals (offers and internal changes) and provide relevant data and guidance.
You will also work closely with the Director of Compensation, People Partners (HRBPs), and senior executives from the business to build and operate scalable compensation processes.
