The Marketing Coordinator West consultant will assist the West department with its initiatives and programs. The position responsibilities includes : coordinating marketing and community events with all our stakeholders, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring metrics of all actions in the region.

In charge of the communication with Regional CLASA Marketing Team and key point of contact with Distributor Marketing teams in the West region.

Responsible for launching marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research when needed.

This position will be under a consultancy agreement for a period of 12 months.

Accountabilities :

Accountability 1 : Planning & event development west

  • Definition of locations according to potential
  • Event design (conferences, simpossyum, stand)
  • Definition of program and contact with speakers
  • Call campaign
  • Search and recruitment of providers
  • General event coordination
  • Arming and sending database according to market needs
  • Coordination of press campaign
  • Coordination for the participation of other areas cochlear (family, social media, ambassadors)
  • Follow up meetings
  • Accountability 2 : Coordination, planning and metric analysis for webinars west

  • Create the promotional material to distribute
  • Coordinate the needs for webinar with all the involves
  • Delivery of data base event to marketo
  • Delivery of new candidates data base to distributor (concierges)
  • Leads follow up distributor concierges
  • Lead and lag scorecard and presentations
  • Accountability 3 : Administrative task west

  • Control of invoices vendors
  • Evaluation of budgets and negotiation with suppliers
  • Cash flow elaboration and monitoring
  • Budget control west events
  • Pre control of credit notes from Tecnosalud to Cochlear
  • Elaboration of different reports (e.g. Budget events; surveys to participants of events.
  • Accountability 4 : key point of contact for distributors marketing teams (all west)

  • Bi weekly meetings with each marketing distributor team
  • Presentation of campaigns
  • Launch planning
  • Local coordination with regional CLA areas including, cochlear family, ambassadors, marketing, digital and services
  • To add value to this role we are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience.

    Minimum :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Ideal :

  • High level of creativity
  • Advanced English
  • Master Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Region-specific Requirements

  • 50% travel availability
  • Based in Argentina, Buenos Aires
