Scrum Master Intern
The person in this role should have the skills to facilitate team's meetings and conversations with Product Owner and Stakeholders, improving and iterating on agile practices.
The ideal candidate is extremely engaged, proactive, and a dedicated advocate for the team as well as stakeholders.
She / he will seek ways for this role to adapt to meet the company’s and product's evolving needs.
Manages day-to-day team's meetings, activities and tasks, and keeps the team on track.
Guide the team in Agile practices, seeks to improve team agility, and uncovers and facilitate the removal of impediments.
Is curious, always seeking the why and not just the what.
Seeks to improve processes.
The ideal candidate will have the following education, work experience, and abilities :
Agile methodologies knowledge
Great communication skills
Basic Software Development Skills
The ability to keep team members informed regarding projects and developments
What We Need from You :
Currently attending University majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical fields (UTN, UNT, UNSTA).
Personal drive to make things happen.
Ability to bring creativity & innovation to their work.
Collaborate well with diverse groups of people & passion to help others.
