Creates and updates meetings in Outlook, including WebEx setup, teleconference information, and meeting agendas
Drafts emails based on standard communication types (, voting emails)
Exhibits an attention to detail, addresses deliverable feedback quickly and quality checks revisions
Consistently exhibits professional, positive, respectful, and mature decorum during internal & external interactions
Delivers on-time and communicates proactively when timing is at risk

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if preferred or required )
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated attention to detail required
Effective and professional communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written) required
Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
Excellent time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required
Project management skills, preferred
Familiarity with project management / document retention systems such as SharePoint and Box, preferred
Level of English must be advanced
