    Your Responsibilities

    Assure the correct running of IT infrastructure.Support the end-user community, comprising of knowledge workers (including remote workers) and management staffConfigure base software on PCs and servers of the companyInstall, configure and manage software, servers, desktop infrastructure, technology tools and automation toolsKeep yourself informed and updated with new resources, Technologies, and study the most feasible and economic way to develop tasks.

    Provide technical support and guidance for the internal users via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings

    Your Profile

    Information Technology field - University studies2 or more- years proven experience in similar area in different industries and a wide variety of projects2+ years of working as IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roleServer Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V (1 years)Implementing and Administering Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (1 year)Storage Administration (Hard y software)Windows Server Administration Fundamentals (Version 2008 to 2016) (1 years) Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) (1 years) Network Administration experience.

    Troubleshooting advanced TCP / IP networking problems (1 years)Implementing and administering Backup solutions (Symantec, Veeam) Installation, administration and configuration of servers (Dell - HP)User Support (Knowledge of Office, Citrix, Visual Studio, Delphi) Configuring and Administering Microsoft SharePointDocumentation and Report Generation Passion for Software and ITAbility to research and apply learning’s to daily workAbility to multitask and prioritize work to meet scope, budget and deadlinesMindset for efficiency, productivity and creativityAnalytical mindsetFlexibility and willingness to travelAdvanced oral and written English
