Your key responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include the following related to Tax Compliance :
2 3 years of experience working in US Tax environment
US Federal Corporate Income tax returns including all related schedules, statements and elections. (Form )
Book to tax differences which could include LIFO, a, depreciation, R&D, reserve analysis, executive compensation.
US Partnership tax returns. (Form )
US State Income tax returns.
US International Forms , .
US Federal quarterly estimated tax payments.
Research and monitor issues and changes in federal income tax laws.
Assist with tax audits (federal and state) including preparing and defending information-request responses and Company-proposed audit adjustments
Proactively identify tax and accounting issues with suggestions for possible solutions for improvement.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as necessary.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in accounting / MBA Finance
At least 2 years of experience, preferably in an accounting field / US Tax Compliance.
Good knowledge and experience in income tax accounting (ASC and FIN48), including a mixture of Big 4 and industry experience.
Strong accounting skills with interest to learn US and Non-US direct tax compliance.
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills including an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ideally, you’ll also have
Awareness of other taxes in the US
Ability to read, interpret and apply the tax legislation
