Perfil analítico, proactivo, enfocado a resultados, con capacidad de autogestión y resolución de problemas.

Mano derecha del Operations manager y Management de Consultoria

Buenos skills de comunicación. Interacción con todas las áreas internas (Ventas, Delivery, Finanzas, C&C, Project Accounting, Tax, Legal entre otras).

Buen nivel de inglés, tanto escrito como oral, principalmente para mantener comunicación fluída con equipos de India y US.

Armado, consolidación y análisis del P&L (revenue y todas las líneas de costo).

Revisión de status financiero de los proyectos (margen, facturación, cobranzas). Levantamiento de issues. Armado y seguimiento de planes de acción junto a los PMs y otras áreas.

Trabajo diario con los PMs, Resource Management, Lideres de Practica y Ventas para entender status de cada proyecto y optimización de variables financieras

Armado y análisis de KPIs (margen, ADR, backlog, entro otros)

Conocer, comunicar y validar el cumplimiento de los procesos y políticas de OCS.

Uso de aplicaciones internas para forecasting (LMT), habilitación de recursos, facturación, reconocimiento de revenue, etc (PFM) y subcontratación de recursos externos (CAT, IProc)

Identificar y sugerir opciones para mejora continua de los procesos


Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3-6 years overall experience in functional or technical role. One year experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
