Stipends for team members off-line meetups, at-home office equipment reimbursements, and much more! Main Responsibilities : Prospect, ideate, and secure brand partnership opportunities, build and manage an active sales pipeline, and close new business to meet / exceed quarterly quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive all stages of the sales lifecycle from intro to close, including planning, preparing, and presenting custom proposals, and leading high-impact meetings with qualified leads, prospects and partners.
Maintain and scale existing business.Understand each client’s strategic growth plans and competitive landscape, adequately advise clients on how to build a successful influencer campaign / program to achieve client’s objectives.
Maintain personal responsibility in executing the sales process and maximizing the gross profit of the campaign management team.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Promote the company’s products / services addressing clients’ objectives.
Qualifications : Above professional fluency in English.More than 3 years of prior sales & business development experience in a service-oriented company, experience in building out sales and GTM strategies with proven results.
More than 2 year of experience working with influencer marketing campaigns, understanding of the social influencers and paid media landscape.
Strong written and verbal communication competencies, with experience presenting to clients, peers, and seniors.Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable with aggressive sales targets / numbers oriented.
Excels at building relationships internally and externally to drive incremental business, value, and revenue.Experience in client contract engagement, with superb negotiation capabilities.
Experience leading a consultative sales process and developing relationships with clients’ decision makers.Balance of creative and analytical thinking.
