Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

    PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) span 10 geographic locations with 27,000+ dedicated professionals providing virtual client engagement support around the world and across all of PwC’s services and capabilities.

    Our ACs are an integral part of PwC’s strategy of bringing the strength of our people, capabilities and technology together to support our clients in building trust and delivering sustained outcomes for their businesses.

    Role & Responsibilities :

    Developing and executing internal & external communications strategies to support the transformation and growth of the PwC Acceleration Centers around the world.

    Supporting the Acceleration Centers strategy by successfully managing large-scale transformational change initiatives. Collaborating with firm strategy, back office, client service and communications teams across different geographies and legal entities.

    Contributing to enhance the Acceleration Centers brand positioning and messaging internally and externally. Boosting talent engagement and supporting the attraction of the best talent through innovative and data-driven strategic communications campaigns.

    Managing stakeholders and counseling leadership on change management and communications.

    Preferred Knowledge / Skills :

    Proven track record of success with understanding and substantial direct experience with internal & external communications strategy and change management at a national and global level.

    Experience working in a professional services organization, preferably with centers of excellence, delivery centers or acceleration centers.

    Deep expertise in implementing, managing and measuring effectiveness of diverse channels of communication.

    Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (change management certification preferred).

    Cultural sensitivity, cross-cultural communication and effectiveness working with different geographies, staff levels, business units / lines of service and cultures.

    Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

    Experience managing day-to-day operations and overseeing multiple and diverse projects simultaneously.

    Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including storytelling and communications strategy development. Experience supervising, coaching and developing teammates effectively.
