Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As the Head of Platforms, you will be at the forefront of innovation in digital marketing and contribute to shape its future in all Latin America.

You will lead a highly skilled team that acts as trusted advisors, combining business judgment with product expertise. You will partner with Google's largest customers to develop and execute success plans leveraging Google technology that meet their business objectives and stakeholder goals.

You also will have the goal to increase client's accounts and optimize their advertising costs by collaborating and consulting with customers.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team and work with other sales teams to address customers in Latin America and to develop relationships with executives.
  • Drive business growth in the South of Latin America by developing and implementing direct and indirect business strategies, as well as coordinating the post business delivery.
  • Manage business forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic account plans, and prepare and conduct strategic promotions and business presentations.
  • Collaborate and consult with major customers.

  • Grow the business base from a set of priority accounts and increase the development of Google Marketing Platform and advanced marketing analytics solutions deployed within these priority accounts.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 10 years of field sales experience in the technology industry.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in a people management role.
  • Experience in ad tech, including media buying and analytics.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience leading tech focused sales, and deep expertise with software solutions. Understanding of marketing / ad technologies.
  • Track record of leading media / technology sales teams.
  • Established relationships and presence within the digital, media and enterprise marketing technology sectors.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a constantly evolving, team environment and the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated success establishing, managing, and maintaining C-suite customer relationships.
