JOB SUMMARY

This entry-level position supports assigned legal functions and entities on the administration and execution of our corporate documents and contracts.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization and sound reasoning skills as well as the ability to interface with a number of internal constituents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides logistical and organizational support to the assigned Legal team.
  • Provides pragmatic day-to-day support to the assigned Legal team.
  • Assist Legal Department in managing subsidiaries and actions of various legal entities regarding corporate governance matters
  • Maintain corporate record books
  • Updates and maintains the legal corporate database as needed, providing support to the different Legal team members and uploading relevant documents, as directed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) email and voice mail.
