Better starts and ends with the customer We're looking to you to Analyze customer satisfaction surveys to identify process improvements.
You will be participating in end-to-end research projects, from understanding the client's need to preparing the final report.
You will be responsible for database management, data analysis, and elaboration of Insights. You will work with quantitative and qualitative surveys as well as the weighting of these.
You will be responsible for Carry out improvement proposals based on the information obtained from NPS, PSAT surveys, among others.
As part of your role, you will verify market benchmarking and incorporate this information in reports and presentations, development of reports, and statistical analysis to drive a decision process based on quantitative insights.
You will build and make available Knowledge & Training indicators anchored in operational performance and business KPIs, besides assembly of processes, instructions for the operations area.
For this role, we require you to have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience in positions that require analysis of large volumes of data and Analysis of Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
You will have a good Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Qliksense), along with an advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
Also, you will have experience in managing performance and business operational indicators and KPIs, also in leading Focus Group and telephone surveys.
Effectiveness to communicate with impact. Your outstanding analytical and communication skills along with your attention to detail will help you to succeed in this role.
Proactive and customer focused, you will be able to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. You will have the ability to prioritize your workload effectively and adapt to any changes in the processes within the organization.
