Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Spanish Latin America Programmatic Media team has the mission to boost growth of media spend through Programmatic channels and of collaborating with partner teams to drive adoption of products and solutions relevant to the Programmatic ecosystem.

Our main goal is to drive excellent performance for advertisers and top of the line collaboration with agencies in order to sustain the exponential growth of the programmatic industry in Spanish Latin America.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Be an advocate of Programmatic solutions within Google, keeping the teams and clients up to date on new features and capabilities.
  • Support the Sales teams in understanding the performance of the campaigns run, extracting lessons learned, and summarizing the achievements.
  • Support the Sales team in the upsell and cross sell of new opportunities related to programmatic media.
  • Collaborate internally to develop innovative packages or solutions that appeal to customer objectives and boost programmatic media buying.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media solutions, online advertising, or agency work.
  • 5 years of experience in programmatic solutions.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Spanish fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience with driving business results through media investment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with counterparts in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with online media buying and selling processes and a base knowledge of Demand Side Platform, Supply Side Platform, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth.
  • Excellent communicator, detail oriented, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with a strong understanding of the digital display marketplace.
