MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
He / she must add value to the customers in order to foster their loyalty and assure their satisfaction.
He / she must supervise all main projects by getting involved in the project pursuit activities jointly with the other Emerson’s offices according to the territories involved.
He / she must be aligned with the vision and mission of the corporation and the Business Units.
Will be responsible to reach and / or exceed the Target for his / her Business Units assigned, supporting the Account Leaders, Industry Solutions Leaders and other commercial representative.
He / she will be responsible for sending to the BU’s management the periodic sales and key initiatives evolution reports.
Collaborate with Business Plan development.
Drive early engagement on project pursuits from pre-conceptual / conceptual through feed and bidding to be the preferred supplier
Follow-up open quotes, overdue quotes etc. and obtain best possible information on a continuous basis about probability for success and expected date for any order, and update in CRM system accordingly
Perform face-to-face contact with key customers for building a solid relationship; get key early sales related information, get account organizations understanding and intelligence activities in order to know in advance its concerns, plans and purchasing criteria.
To be capable to train internal and external people.
Take training courses according to each Business Unit requirements to be the Specialist.
To deliver seminars to the customers.
Promote new products and services.
Provide an adequate technical solution.
To implement Business Unit and Corporate initiatives.
Collaborate in quotations for its customers in those cases in which the inside sales cell or the representative cannot give the adequate support.
In case of the need to bundle with other Emerson’s Business Units communicates the need to his manager and relies on the inside salesperson for doing it.
He / She will proactively support Emerson’s initiatives.
Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies, and may also be the mentor / guide of these issues if it is required
Engineering degree or similar, with specialization in control valves.
Must have advanced level in English language able to speak and understand a technical or commercial conversation.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computers use skills are required
Willingness to travel intensively inside the country and abroad.
