What You'll Do?
Scale user acquisition by building and driving innovative marketing capabilities, owning them from ideation to execution and analysis
Fully responsible for optimization and maintenance of the Display channels across multiple LATAM markets
Measure, analyse and report performance of your display marketing campaigns & impact on the overall business
Review cohorts and user retention, and use insights into better drive your optimization decisions.
Understand creatives - what works well and what doesn’t work well, and work with brand stakeholders to ensure these best practices are implemented.
Control performance of your markets on a weekly basis, driving actions in order to achieve our ambitious targets
Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment
Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google UAC and / or programmatic partners (e.g Liftoff) - minimum 2 years
Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
Minimum 1 year experience working with app install campaigns
Able to manage six to seven digit budgets
Confident working with stakeholders across product, tech, brand, customer service and sales
Exceptional problem-solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with high complex business challenges
