Andworx is hiring a Project Implementation Manger to be the conduit between our customer and internal partners to help modernize and transform an organization that is focused on improving healthcare through the use of technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success and efficiency of the software implementation process within a team-oriented and agile development environment.
As a candidate, you are organized and have a background in leading the implementation of customer facing agile software development projects.
You understand how to successfully lead a team through the phases of software implementation. This is a dynamic position that will have high visibility within our customer's organization and requires the ability perform a wide range of responsibilities.
5 years of implementation management experience in an agile environment that include :
Acting as implementation point of contact and with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Customer facing technical leadership responsibilities.
Participating in requirements gathering and technical analysis sessions.
Representing the voice of the customer during policy, process, and solutioning discussions.
Ensuring that configuration of systems meet customer needs and align with the SOW and project scope.
Creating lifecycle cost estimates.
Identifying and communicating project-level risk and mitigation recommendations.
Collaborating with internal teams to write and update product documentation, test cases, and produce training materials.
Understanding of software development life cycle, with strong analytical skills and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities or tasks.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written, grammar, and verbal communication.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Jira / Stash / Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience is preferred.
Preferred technical certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe.
Successfully obtain and maintain a Public Trust background security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information.
As a Project Implementation Manager, you will provide project implementation management and support services for our customer's technologies and related projects.
Serve as the customers main POC and voice during all phases of implementations.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customer.
Implement, refine, and continuously monitor data driven customer success insights.
Provide actionable insights to the project teams ensuring a high level of customer success.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high-quality results.
Work collaboratively with project teams planning, implementing, monitoring, controlling, and evaluating customers technology development and project progress throughout each project phase.
Be aware of what changes are occurring across the release and included projects, communicate impacts to schedule and to dependent product release teams.
Provide recommendations for customer decision-making using data gathered through project management activities.
Write and update product documentation, test cases, and produce training materials.
Monitor project scope, cost, and schedule identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Collaboratively work with Project Manager regarding risks, issues, requirements, and solutions in support of the project and customer's systems.
