ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with the Business to understand business strategy, processes and reporting needs
  • Understand and Control Information Sources, Distribution Studies, Agreements and Social Works, Syndicated Audits, Targetting and Segmentation, Internal financial reports
  • Develop analysis and reports of multifactorial information on the market, competition, Productivity and Segmentation of the sales force of Takeda.
  • Assist in the Development and Analysis in collaboration with the BI Manager, in order to Support the Decision Making of the Client Areas.
  • Responsible for the calculation and Support of incentive programs Porcess.
  • Support and organize the business review processes and the definition of the action plans of the Sales Force.
  • Contribute to the innovation of the processes of the Business Operations area, proposing improvements to the SFE and Marketing Intelligence tools.
  • Support and Report KPIs Dashboard.

  • CAPABILITIES

    Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities

  • University Diploma Desired. Economis, CPA, Engeenering, Bachelor in Administration, Marketing.
  • 2-4 years Recent Professional experience with strong, successful track record. Pharmaceuhical Industry Desired.
  • Desired Handle Reporting and Data Base Tools.
  • English language skills : Intermediate
  • Offices Package : Upper Intermediate
  • Domain of the productivity and performance indicators of the different units
  • Critical leadership capabilities

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven capability to influence and drive change agendas, report issues on time to direct supervisor.
