Role SummaryThe Business Operations Sr. Manager works directly with the technology Bus Ops Argentina / global Leadership to plan and execute the strategic agenda, growth plans and operational processes : Key Responsibilities : + Help execute global Bus Ops strategy and operations.
Plan and support strategic initiatives and drive change programs for Bus Ops.+ Monitor progress on initiatives, growth priorities and operational results.
Plan and facilitate leadership calls, meetings, and communications+ Facilitate alignment and collaboration across corporate functions (HR, Ops, Finance, M+C) for the location+ Partner with HR to establish integrated talent strategies and growth plans for Bus Ops including hiring plans, recruitment strategies, and investments to execute talent acquisition, development, and people programs.
Work with Learning to plan and execute priority training and knowledge sharing that are cross-practice+ Support & coordinate materials for Leadership meetings, create executive level decks (internal and client-facing) and help in the development of business review documents, analysis and information.
Create / run dashboards to support leads in the new operational focus to enable proper business management.+ Budget management with finance.
PMO support for different initiatives.+ Monitor coding and reporting for adherence to coding principles.+ Build the community of practice across the network in partnership with marketing, offering development, human resources and capability development.
Qualifications : Experience & Key Skills : 10-15 years of experience+ Strong business and financial acumen+ Strategic thinker+ Excellent communications and strong influencing skills+ Experience working with senior leadership team and global stakeholders+ Strong program management and operational skills and experience+ Strong judgment, ability to prioritize, make decisions, and the ability to anticipate risks ahead of time+ Consulting experience or strong familiarity with consulting work and metrics+ Global experience+ Relevant function or industry experience background would be advantageousOther requirements : Flexibility to have calls with people across global time zones when required
