Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

gPS is responsible for providing technical consultation to Publishers, onboarding them to Google AdManager, and helping them to achieve their business goals through tech projects.

As a Publisher Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with the partner Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for customers, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities that scale and grow publisher business.

  • Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth flow from Publishers by leveraging Google technologies and help partners with their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions to their problems, by performing.
  • Assist publishers in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success and improve product offerings by providing customer feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of customer integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
  • Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges. Work with implementation reviews and develop and or reuse solutions to sustain business growth.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in a role working directly with clients, internal and / or external (e.g., technical consulting, sales engineering, support, help desk, etc.).
  • Experience working with web applications / tools such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, OpenSSL, TCP / IP.
  • Experience with coding and SQL.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience with Python, Shell, and App development.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, as well as experience working with external clients in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Data analysis and excellent data-driven decision-making skills.
