Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the recruitment end to end cycle across different countries within a specific subregion or across the LAO region if necessary and will be responsible of specific TA LAO Projects and Strategies, working directly with stakeholders, LAO and Global TA Team.
Key Accountabilities : This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress in your career, these responsibilities include some of the following :
Deliver an end to end recruitment service, sourcing, interview and screening all potential candidates, including IT profiles.
Keep a complete ownership of open requisitions managing internal / external pipelines of candidates through the hiring process, and ensure the best hiring experience for HM and candidates.
Consistently work in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pipeline future talent, manage KPIs and feed global dashboards.
Conduct or coordinate any special assessments if needed or required.
Support / participate in TA Global / Regional Projects. Key Qualifications and Experience We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Minimum of 5 / 8 years relevant recruiting / sourcing experience, including IT profiles.
Previous experience with RPO.
Previous experience managing TA Strategic Projects designs and implementation.
Selection systems & techniques : ATS and selection methods to enable the best hiring decisions.
Fluent in English, including speaking, reading and writing. Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :
Professional and degree qualification (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology preferred).
Experience leading teams directly or indirectly.
