The Senior Marketing Manager in Argentina is a strategic commercial role within the Commercial Operations. The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the market introduction and successful commercialization of Seqirus’ differentiated influenza vaccines, including creation and implementation of the market access strategies and plans for relevant customer segments for launching innovative influenza vaccines.
An important component of the role will be to engage and build strong networks with various stakeholders who are involved in making policies for influenza vaccination in the public as well as the private segments.
The role interfaces with other functions within Commercial Operations and across the organization in Brand teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and other cross functional teams to ensure collaborative connectivity with these key stakeholders.
The role will be responsible for developing and leading Marketing and Market Access strategies for external engagement, including identifying and developing relationships with key external stakeholders, and collaboratively work with senior medical manager to support in various medical programs implemented.
Provide well established Marketing Strategies and collaborate with the development of Market Access strategies for the introduction of new products
Create and implement of the marketing strategies through frequent and timely interactions with KOLS, professional associations, government agencies and other experts, which should be aligned with business objectives.
Cooperate in the development and the implementation of market access strategies with the AD Market Access & Gov’t Affairs.
Develop close relationships with public and commercial payer stakeholders.
Establish and implement pricing strategies, launching and marketing plans for the influenza vaccines in short and long terms based on deep understanding of the market.
Monitor state-level policy and advocacy activities and facilitate appropriate stakeholder communications.
Develop the market to shape differentiated influenza vaccines segment
Develop and maintain in-depth expertise for designated therapeutic area and competitive landscape.
Establish and coordinate the marketing objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall company plan.
Perform marketing activities for the achievement of short and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market share through analysis on the market and engagement plans.
Visit external stakeholders and customers frequently to find any unmet needs, to address any market access barriers and to build a close relationship with them.
Work collaboratively and proactively with Medical counterpart and local partners to develop relationship management plans that align with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Seqirus colleagues and relevant marketing staffs in partner companies to ensure mutual sharing of marketing plans and competitive strategies.
Ensure appropriate access for Fluad QIV with private and public payers and support the sales force.
Lead and assist in the development of initiatives such as new products introduction, product licensing activities, new promotional campaigns and product portfolio management.
Assist in development and execution of Seqirus-sponsored symposia and actively participate in scientific and medical symposia.
Provide Marketing direction to address and support projects
Leadership of marketing plan, departmental and cross-functional projects, issues management.
Identify issues and collaborate to resolve.
Train local partners to be in line with Seqirus Global Brands strategies for localization.
Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts and ensure they are presented in a timely manner.
Implement and lead marketing programs such as market research, press conference, launching seminars, etc.
Manage contractors / temp staff (as required).
Other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Other duties include support for emerging Latin American markets as Seqirus pursues geographic expansion opportunities including, but not limited to, collaborating with colleagues to support development and deployment of training materials for distributor partners in markets outside Argentina.
Ensure compliance of promotional and non-promotional materials with local code of conduct
Understand and adhere to local promotion code, regulations and ethical standards; train and support Seqirus colleagues in this aspect.
Build a local compliance guidance based on the Code of Conduct of CSL and local regulations.
Prepare promotional challenges as required for future sales force.
Work closely with Medical and partners to develop or improve processes to ensure regulatory and Code of Conduct compliance.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Maters’ Degree; MBA preferred
7+ years of a proven and successful experience marketing in a pharma / biotech company
Previous expertise in Product Management and Channel strategies
Nimble in Digital Marketing strategies and Social Media
Fluent in English mandatory
