We are lookingfor Sr. Software Analyst
Must have skills : Minimum 7 yearsof business analyst experience within IT
Functional expertise in transaction and / or web-based business applications
Proficient in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation, workflowanalysis, and process modeling.
Deep knowledge of UI / UX design and development.
Proficient in creating conceptual modeling deliverables such as wireframes,process models, and other diagrams to facilitate system design and compelclient understanding
Experience performing statistical and data analysis is desired
Experience leading and negotiating business solutions through collaborativediscussions with business and IT partners
Good to have :
Be an energetic, self-starter, who is comfortable in ateam-oriente d environment including the ability to clearly articulate dailyindividual accomplishments and blocking issues.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms,programming patterns, and solving complex problems
Demonstrated history of excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills
Demonstrated history of good decision-making,conflict resolution, and follow through
Strong written & oral communication skills
KeyResponsibilities :
Serve as liaison between the Product Management and TRtech teams.
Facilitate business requirement gathering anddefinition through various methods; including interviews, workshops, andbusiness grooming and tollgate review sessions.
Analyze and interpret business requirements and performcurrent, target, gap and impact analyses.
Translate business requirements into detailed userstories that are understood by all stakeholders, both business and technical,and manage changes to specifications and process flows.
Analyze business partner operations to understandtheir strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities to automateprocesses and functions.
Assist in business process redesign anddocumentation, as needed for new technology initiatives.
Conduct client interviews to capture requirementsand build prototypes to validate assumptions.
Prepare documents such as business and functionalrequirement documents, user stories, use cases, use case models, gap analysis,process models, workflows, and data flows.
Apply a broad knowledge of various businessprocesses, functions and technical expertise to accurately anticipateorganizational impacts.
Actively participate in wireframe, prototyping andsoftware design sessions.
Assist in quality assurance test plan and testoutline review to ensure proposed testing effort is consistent with requirementdefinition.
May write documentation to describe programdevelopment, logic, coding, and corrections. Write manuals for users todescribe installation and operating procedures
