Job Description

Training Analyst (South Cone)

WHAT YOU LL DO :

This position contributes with the business area developing learning strategies to improve people capabilities.

Develop Analysis and reports of multifactorial information on the trainings, capabilities, and Segmentation of the sales force of Takeda.

Monitoring results : Training, capabilities development of Sales and Marketing team of Takeda, acting as an effectiveness consultant, providing executive summaries, conclusions and / or recommendations.

Using the Available tools (Dashboards, Power BI) necessary to identify training and business opportunities and support marketing and sales decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Assist in the Development and Analysis in collaboration with the Training Manager.
  • Support and Report Training KPIs Dashboard for the Leadership Team.
  • Plannification and development of Training Projects.
  • Support Training Programs for Commercial Operations and Sales Teams.
  • Implementation of Commercial College Program for South Cone.
  • Implement Product Training for Actual Pipeline and Certification for New Launches.
  • Support Commercial Projects establishing all relationships across the LOC.
  • Promotes compliance with all Corporate, Procedures and Policies.
  • Assist with the logistic related to Training Programs.

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

    Experience & Skills :

  • Human Resources, Education, Engineering, Bachelor in Administration, Marketing degree.
  • Desired Handle Reporting and Data Base Tools.
  • Domain of the productivity and performance indicators of the different units.
  • Preferably include time working in or with products, metrics, analytics, finance or commercial positions.
  • Proven capability to influence and drive change agendas, report issues on time to direct supervisor.
  • Follow up of Training and Learning Projects.
  • Able to work across diverse stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Office package : Advance.
  • Learning platforms (Desirable).
  • English language skills : Intermediate
  • Competences & Skills :

  • Strong Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
  • Service oriented mindset.
  • Digital mindset.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with opposing opinions, work in cross functional environment and handle projects or multiple tasks.
