  • Preferred skills

  • 1 to 2 years of SQL experience on queries and reporting, with a ticket platform (required)
  • Additional skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server Fundamentals : managing services, scheduled tasks, networking, troubleshooting, logs, etc. (desirable)
  • Basic experience with APIs as a user (desirable)
  • Azure Fundamentals (desirable)
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Quick learning ability with will to upskill in technical area
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Learning Management System and / or Cornerstone would be a great plus
