North America Industry X Business Operations Associate Manager will provide support to the NA IX Business Operations Lead and the North America Industry X Lead.

Someone who can work autonomously, with operations management background including project management and analytical mindset.

Someone that can interact with senior leadership, understand their vision and priorities, and translate into an actionable plan and tell the story on a presentation (PPT)In this role, key responsibilities will include : + Coordinate and help manage appropriate IX market governance and leadership cadence.

  • Working in partnership with the NA IX MU leads, acquisition leads and other key business leads, support the IX NA Market lead inImplementing the IX strategy across the NA Day-to-day operations and growth of IX across NA, and Reporting and stakeholder briefing / management.
  • Support NA IX Lead to triage escalations, and prioritise the key opps and deals where IX leadership needs to intervene.
  • Support Ventures and Acquisitions (V&A) activities including initial market scans and processing target acquisitions through the pipeline.
  • Support internal activities related to enabling post PMI integration within the market (including proactive connections to the MUs), partnering with relevant corporate function teams as relevant.
  • Drive adoption of IX offers and associated collateral and messaging across the market (partnering with S&PP and S&C MU Ops leads where relevant).
  • Support translation of IX global strategy into the Market IX business, interlocking with NA G&S; support execution against the 5-year growth strategy.
  • Support development of sales messaging, IX presence at marquee events external speaker spotlights, industry events, analyst briefings, ecosystem partner engagements etc.
  • in the market in coordination with the global IX agenda .+ Partner / collaborate with central Marketing and Comms teams to ensure appropriate market-level messaging, and engagement of our people.

  • Champion and advocate - drive channel awareness, promote win stories, harvest and share client credentials in collaboration with S&PP.
  • Facilitate set up and execution of strategic campaigns. Coordinate activities to achieve pre-defined metrics to targeted outcomes.
  • Engage with S&PP to define and execute sales enablement and co-ordination to activate Market IX sales engine as well as campaigns and account planning.
  • Partner / collaborate with the S&C MU Ops leads (and relevant tech counterparts) to ensure consistent approach, common understanding of key IX topics, and two-way sharing of relevant information.
  • Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity and provide additional support as needed.
  • Align and manage market IX-specific investments (MD&I), ensuring they execute against agreed plans, to maximize ROI .+ Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed - driven at Market level (to ensure holistic and coordinated approach), implemented in the MUs in co-ordination with the S&C MU Ops Leads.
  • Actively support the positioning of IX within the Industry and Function Networks, working with relevant Market / MU activation teams.

    Skills and Experience : · Strong critical thinking skill. Resourceful and Problem solving and root cause analysis+ Work experience in business operations and / or finance in a business group or Market.

  • Program management skills or experience. Versatility to work on different initiatives / projects simultaneously.+ Strong Storytelling and communication skills · Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language (advance) · Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), Experience on Power Point presentation for executives.
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders, Confidence, and poise in interactions with senior executives.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Political savvy+ Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality · Detail oriented and organized, but able to switch to strategic thinking as needed.
