The role of the Channel Manager is to develop and maintain the sales channel strategy and budget in Motion Business in Argentina, ensuring regular follow-up and providing strategy input for the Sales team.
Reporting to the Local Sales Unit Manager you will plan and execute marketing and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously monitor performance.
Specifying targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) and ensuring they are achieved, and making sure that detailed business plans are in place.
Taking part in negotiations, providing assistance to the Channel Specialist.
Identifying and evaluating channel partners in partnership with the Channel Specialist, and authorizing them, as well as managing performance assessments for channel partners.
Coordinating sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies that require channel / segment partner participation.
Evaluating and certifying channel partners, and ensuring that training is available for them.
Providing assistance in driving strategic partnerships, developing relationships with partners, customers and other decision-makers.
Monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk relating to contracts and prices across customers / channels / segments.
5 years of experience in Sales Channel activities, working as Manager with distribution channels.
Sound knowledge of sales channel strategies.
Knowledge of B2B process.
A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Good Level in English : fluent in speaking.
Engineer degree in Electronical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical.
