Reporting to the Country Manager the main responsibilities for this role will include :

  • Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to the business by providing HR advice and support.
  • Implement Global and local HR policies and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution.
  • Partner closely with HR Specialist in areas of Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, HR Solutions, and Learning and Development.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition processes to meet resourcing needs.
  • Handle employee relations and performance management issues, applying appropriate policies and guidelines and escalating cases when necessary.
  • Support managers on training needs analysis to identify and provide training solutions to employees.
  • Support the performance management and compensation process during the annual performance and pay review salary and bonus cycle.

  • Previous experience in similar positionsFluent English* BS degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 5-7 years HR experience in generalist positions
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to influence and coach managers and employees.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
