Reporting to the Country Manager the main responsibilities for this role will include :
Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to the business by providing HR advice and support.
Implement Global and local HR policies and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution.
Partner closely with HR Specialist in areas of Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, HR Solutions, and Learning and Development.
Lead Talent Acquisition processes to meet resourcing needs.
Handle employee relations and performance management issues, applying appropriate policies and guidelines and escalating cases when necessary.
Support managers on training needs analysis to identify and provide training solutions to employees.
Support the performance management and compensation process during the annual performance and pay review salary and bonus cycle.

Previous experience in similar positionsFluent English* BS degree in Human Resources or related field
5-7 years HR experience in generalist positions
Excellent people management skills
Ability to influence and coach managers and employees.
Fluent in Spanish and English
