Treat the requirements of the different sectors assigned to manage purchase orders, acting with efficiency, quality and productivity to ensure and guarantee that the indicated needs are met.
Work with a local team to effectively monitor the supply management to the different assigned sectors.
Monitoring and follow-up of files for imports.
Treatment of Order Requests : Complying with the Purchasing procedure, the requirements of the assigned sectors must be managed by requesting budgets and analyzing them for their correct adjudication.
Issuance of Purchase Orders : Management according to the Procedures, analyzing and monitoring them.
Temporary Imports : Monitoring and follow-up of the status for the files. Experience in similar operations is valued.
The voice of the customer : Give support and provide information to the requesting sectors (Internal and External Customers).
Collaboration : Collaborate and work as a team with the Quality Area to comply with the Returns and Claims to Suppliers procedures.
Student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or International Trade.
At least 18 months to complete the degree.
Desirable experience in the area of purchasing, logistics, quality and foreign trade.
Management of Office package (mainly Advanced Excel).
Advanced-Intermediate English (oral and written).
Desirable knowledge of SAP.
