We are looking for an HRBP to join o our great team. The position performs a wide variety of human resources services, which include : Communication, Career Development, Personnel Administration, External Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration, and HR Metrics among others.
It will report directly to the Digital Global Human Resources Director.

Main responsibilities will be :
Establish as a trusted advisor with employees across the site providing accurate answers attaining a high customer satisfaction level.
Prepare and be able to analyze standard Human Resources related reports : Metrics and KPI's for business decisions.
Manage the whole process of Performance Review (Goal & Skill Task, Performance Reviews, and 90-Days Review). Support managers on the process.
Assist in the organization and coordination of company internal events.
Effectively communicate information about benefits, paychecks or other HR matters to internal clients.
Provide administrative support to all daily personnel administration needs.
Handle communications with HR-related external vendors.
Ensure all documents for on-boarded employees are in compliance with our corporate and internal processes.
Responsibility to gather monthly payroll records with third-party services
Conduction of end- to- end recruiting process.
Experience dealing with high volume pipelines in digital demanding recruitment environments.
Be able to manage exceptional relationships at all levels of the organization, including US.
University Degree in Human Resources or related area.
Between 3 / 4 years of HR generalistic experience. Some digital / technology experience will be highly valued.
Advanced English both written and spoken.
Proactive, diligent and extremely organized.
LinkedIn recruiting skills will be highly valued.
Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to meet demands.
Understanding of relevant employment legislation and payroll in Argentina.
Superior MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs.
