Job Role Summary

Responsible for supporting Digital payment and loyalty operations. Reducing service interruptions as well as improving CX experience.

Improve app ratings, loyalty penetration and increase customer base. In a growing retail site network in Canada and US

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendor activities as a Business Advisor to Identify process improvement opportunities across PLSO operations
  • Participate in weekly touchpoints to identify potential operative issues.
  • Be the focal point for escalations and communications internally and externally with multiple vendors
  • Coordinate task force team to resolve urgent operations items
  • Chronic issues tracking and resolution
  • Create a pipeline and drive improvements by focusing on the top priorities that align with leadership strategy
  • Provide support to Pnew projects to avoid potential operations impacts
  • Track vendor payments, attestation and budget for the operation vendors
  • Expected Level of Proficiency

  • Customer oriented skills
  • Experience with operations for retail support activities
  • Functional understanding of NA Operations
  • Ability to adapt to urgent escalation processes and engage tsk teams when is required
  • Basic understanding of Vendor Contracts
  • Ability to communicate effectively and Influence without authority
  • Loyalty and Digital business and programs knowledge
  • Sound business judgment and commercial intensity
  • Anticipate and respond to external developments
