Abbott is looking for a Finance Director. The position will be based in Munro Commercial Site, and will be responsible for Pharmaceutical Division.

Minimum Education :
Bachelor degree, preferably in finance / accounting, an MBA, CPA and / or CMA is strongly encouraged.
Advanced communication skills (bilingual Spanish / English) and able to address all organizational levels.
Minimum Experience / Training Required :
Proven track record (10+ years) of successfully managing all financial aspects of a business unit and establishing efficient / profitable operational procedures.
Experience managing commercial and manufacturing operations.
Solid track record of driving productivity in all areas of the P&L.
Experience in developing financial models and future planning according to operating needs and growth strategies.
Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment
Strong knowledge of both US GAAP, as well as IFRS
Experience and knowledge of US compliance and controls regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
