About the position :
Driver on people strategy; delivery and promote best practices and operational excellence of HR across the business. Responsible for providing HR guidance and consultation to the business in support of key strategic HR initiatives.
Execution of talent review program for critical positions : Succession plan, talent review calibration, support for development plans
Development, implementation, continuity and updating of the Onboarding program in partnership with Talent and Acquisition team based on the scope of work (Countries or accounts).
Drive the strategy and process to develop a training program and training matrix on the scope of work of the different employees / management positions (Countries and accounts).
Support the process and analysis of positions in each country with the guidance of the Americas Compensation team to get market salary ranges.
Critical cases : Analyze information with different variables such as : market, account Budget, internal equity to provide strategical solutions for each case and needs of the business.
Budget : Manage account budget (on people matters) for critical cases, new hires and new positions.
Ensure equity in compensation process
Drive salary increase process.
Support Corporate projects on standardization of bonus squeme and implementation for countries or accounts in the scope of work.
Manage one-time payments process.
Develop and implementation of benefits management tool.
General benefits management.
Support Benefits area of expertise on management and implementation of new initiatives.
Develop strategies of recognition and support the implementation accross the region.
Drive processes related to recognition programs.
Define or Conduct? a Culture assessment in an annual basis. Develop plan, drive execution and provide results and recommendations.
Support initiatives on diversity and inclusion matters.
Drive Support of the annual performance management processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates and encouraging thoughtful participation in the process
Give the support and guidance in the Performance improvement plans and effectively address performance gaps.
Address employee performance issues by providing advice and counsel, data and analytics, best practices, escalating and working with Risk and Legal where appropriate
Development and implementation of strategies to manage critical cases to retain people consider as key talent and high performer
Partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent CoE to execute the recruiting and requisition process (e.g., screening candidates, supporting Hiring Managers in the decision-making process)
Drive internal process to move people between accounts
Partnership on business needs to align strategies to do internal movements
Provide guidance for new business regarding structure, profiles based on Career framework, markets and needs of the business
Partnership and support working on proposals on bidding process
Bachelor’s degree with a major / minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field.
5-7years’ as HR Generalist.
Technology proficient with expertise in Office suites programs.
Fluent in Spanish and advance English.
Experience with HR management and labor law / legal procedures in Latin America
Ability to perform as a trusted advisor; build and maintain partnerships at all levels and ability to coach and influence senior management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively deliver presentations
