For either our office in Santiago, Chile, or Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are looking for a highly qualified and self-motivated team player with the right skills for the role of Business Intelligence and CRM Specialist to support Sales and Services organizations in our cluster formed by Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.
In this role you will be closely collaborating with the different Business groups and Sales organizations in order to develop and implement strategic improvement projects, generate and maintain standard reports, drive sales force effectiveness and achieve CRM operational excellence.
Sus responsabilidades y tareas :
Develop, operate, maintain and update standard dashboards and business reports.
Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system.
Serve as GEA CRM Service Ambassador throughout the complete Sales Team.
Coordinating revenue forecasting and other Sales processes used within the sales organization; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify improvement potentials, derive measures and support their implementation
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline across all relevant business areas and actively engage with the sales teams to identify growth opportunities and drive sales force effectiveness.
Support commercial excellence projects focused on pipeline / growth and reporting relevant topics. Be the local CRM project lead and coordinator for roll-out waves.
Support marketing initiatives based on our CRM platform.
Manage interfaces with other experts and internal departments in the Sales / BI / Finance community.
Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions.
Su perfil y calificaciones :
Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, Controlling, Finance, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum three years of experience in sales reporting sales steering, pipeline management and business analytics.
Structured and self-reliant working approach. Strong analytical background and with attention to detail. Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Knowledge in pipeline management, sales controlling, analytics and Business Intelligence
Deep Knowledge in advanced Excel, Power BI and other equivalent software tools.
SAP CRM and SAP knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge in related GEA market and / or industrial processes is a plus.
Passion for facts and figures and for an analytical and structured way of working
Fluent in English, further languages of advantage
Willingness to travel and to work in a global organization
