About the Creative Lead

Collaborating with the inquisitive and imaginative minds within GET Creative, the Creative Lead will lead the creative development of engaging tools and experiences designed to intentionally address participants' needs and concerns.

A visual design background and expertise in related creative disciplines is required to succeed in this role.

Day in and day out, we aspire to transform medical processes into memorable visuals, discover groundbreaking methods to express conventional ideas, and champion solutions from concept to execution.

The role is supported by production, editorial, strategy, account management, and other key functions to protect our design team's time to create.

This position is home-based in Buenos Aires with frequent collaboration with a globally-distributed team. IQVIA offers a competitive salary and great benefits, including a profit-related annual bonus, paid leave, and private health insurance.

Who You Are

You save more than the day. Adobe Creative Cloud is your primary toolbox with an emphasis on XD, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Digital illustration abilities using an iPad Pro or Wacom tablet, an understanding of product design systems, and motion design using After Effects are part of your skillset.

PowerPoint doesn’t scare you but you try to keep that a secret.

Empathetic :

You have the desire to empathize with individuals including a diverse global audience of physicians and care teams who are passionate about exploring new treatments for patients and improving the health of their communities.

The insights of other subject matter experts are valuable to your work and you know how to discover the unknown using your unique approach.

Resourceful :

You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find solutions.

You continue to build on your foundation of design principles by learning new applications and thought processes, keeping up with industry trends, and broadening your illustration styles.

Seasoned :

You have an extensive design portfolio demonstrating 5-10+ years of diverse creative experience including sketching, wireframing, designing, illustrating, animating, and inventing new methods to sell a concept to stakeholders and bring ideas to life.

You would never apply for a job without including a link to your website or a well-crafted interactive PDF of your work.

Creative :

You are an unstoppable force while working through creative challenges, establishing and evolving consistent visual styles, and refining the details to deliver an exceptional final product.

With a strong sense of design and a distinct artistic aesthetic, you have discerning taste in typography, color, and layout and you can effectively articulate your perspective.

Lead :

You are perceptive to the strengths of your peers and know when to delegate aspects of a project to the right people while maintaining creative consistency.

Mentoring fellow designers and helping teammates to understand your process is important to you. You believe in building trust within a team by being open to feedback, offering supportive guidance, and cracking a joke when the team needs a good laugh.
