  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of combined experience in Sales of technology, consultancy services, media, and / or advertising in the Travel Industry.
  • People management experience with a focus on leading Sales teams.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience leading big teams in complex projects.
  • Track record of effective sales / project management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent business judgment.

    As the Account Manager Lead for Travel LATAM, you will lead, develop and manage a team of Account Managers working with clients in industries within Google.

    You will use your leadership and analytical skills to grow existing business, develop new business and support your team with account and market knowledge.

    Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

    We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

    We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Be accountable for the Travel Pod portfolio growth, product development and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of performance savvy Googlers.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and business opportunities, building both long and short term plans.
  • Partner closely with various product and technical support teams to streamline processes and create new ones to structure and scale our delivery mechanisms effectively.
  • Lead execution efforts with both internal and external customers to ensure client initiatives are executed seamlessly to drive growth.
