Responsibilities

  • Provide the required services and support related to the plant users workstation, Servers and Networking environment, telecommunications, print / file services, and client software services such as productivity tools and process improvements.
  • Provide management of the outsourced IT Hotline services, supporting the IT devices under plant / shop floor environments.
  • Provide management of operational day-to-day activities ensuring that established service levels and SLAs with suppliers are respected in support of the business customers.
  • Support and implementation of structured cabling.
  • Support for face-to-face and remote employees.
  • Management and inventory of IT equipment.
  • Preparation, configuration, repair of equipment.
  • Software installation based on client procedures.
  • Location : Rosario, Sta Fe. Argentina.

    Shift : Full time
