We are looking for a Development Team Leader who is passionate about technologies and willing to face new challenges
As part of our team, you may encounter the following responsibilities :
Promote the fulfillment and on-time delivery of functionalities partnering with Product Architects, Product Owners, Engineers and other team members.
Make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product and the team.
Be proactive in anticipating problems and empower the team to self-organize and go the extra mile.
Partner with the Product team and align with goals, priorities, trade-offs, and risks.
Ensure the team has clear priorities and adequate / available resources.
Have a hands-on attitude and provide technical guidance, professional development, and mentoring to team members.
Participate in architecture discussions, cross-functional coordination and planning with other Engineering and Product teams.
Take part in our Hiring Process and ensure the attraction of highly qualified candidates
Occasionally contribute to development tasks such as feature development and verification in order to assist the team with their releasing commitments.
Learn and increase your technical knowledge of our products.
Required skills to be part of our amazing team :
Upper-intermediate level of english (speaking, writing and reading)
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading software development projects, especially technical ones.
Relationship-building skills : experience communicating with users and other technical and project management teams to understand requirements, describe software features, and technical designs.
Be an Intraway team player : work with ownership and commitment and have a self-learning attitude
Experience partnering with the Recruitment team to hire highly qualified candidates
Experience with full software life cycles, short release cycles and experience working on a high demand product
Experience with agile methodologies (experience as a Scrum Master is a plus)
Knowledge of software engineering’s best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI / CD, building process, testing, and operations
