Responsible for the performance of the installation and modification activities required for the delivery of a service or solution in the committed time frame, to specification and with the required quality, for terrestrial and / or satellite last-miles, optimizing the use of resources.
Maintains an fluid communication with all involved parties during the delivery process.
Serves as the escalation point for exception problem management of customer troubles and issues in the areas of service activation and test and turn-up.
