Teleperformance, a leading interaction managementcompany, is looking for Bilingual Contact Center Supervisors.Responsibilities : Create and promote a pleasant working environmentfor employees.

Comply with and ensure compliance with the internalpolicies and processes of Teleperformance and its clients. Meet andachieve the KPIs assigned by Teleperformance and its clients.

Comply and ensure compliance with company s security policies andstandards. Keep informed about process updates. Tasks : Plan dailypriorities.

Develop motivational tools for your team. Analyze rootcause and reasons for deviation. Control the normal development oftasks on the Operations floor.

Develop KPI action plans with therespective support areas. Analyze and track daily absenteeism.Report updates and corporate goals to your team.

Monitor theresults and generate action plans to improve indicators. Monitorand coach the agents in your team on a daily basis.

Requirements : Bilingual English (Essential condition) Previous experience of morethan 1 year leading teams. Intermediate Office skills.

CompletedHigh School (Essential condition) Place of Work : On-site in CABA(Downtown area) If you meet the requirements, don't hesitate toapply!
