Job Purpose and Impact The Fertilizers Product Line Lead will manage our team that develops and plans import purchases, customs needs, shipping, and receiving of foreign fertilizer to ensure it arrives at correct time, in order to attend the South America market.
You will develop strategy and lead all aspects of the execution of product line activities for fertilizer in Argentina. In this role, you will direct our team that designs and implements a comprehensive product marketing cycle.
We seek a professional who will lead our team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase-out.
Key Accountabilities + Lead and develop professionals focusing on tactical, operational activities for international purchase and trade flows.
You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
