Your Responsabilities will be :
Ensure the development and quality in time and form of the projects in which it participates, knowing their status throughout the life cycle, always under the supervision of the Project Analyst.
Coordinate meetings with the leaders of each team and transmit the scope of the projects. Also promote internal follow-up meetings with the teams.
Achieve fluid communication with the different departments involved.
Monitor the hours consumed, own and of the team.
Report alerts or deviations in a timely manner.
Prepare accessory documentation according to the complexity or requirement of the project (Project Plan, Functional Description, Flow Diagrams, Minutes of meetings).
Follow processes and ensure that they are updated and effective. Report inconsistencies to the Project Analyst.
Report business opportunities that are identified.
Maintain adequate communication with clients, providing visibility regarding projects and proposing relevant alternatives to difficulties that arise.

Required Experience
Computer skills : Advanced management of the Office & Internet package, and basic Microsoft Office Project.
English : An advanced level (oral and written) is required only for those who are part of the US team.
