Own sales compensation strategy & plan design process representing LA
Lead LA goal setting process to ensure at the beginning of the FY that the goal are ready in Anaplan.
Manage and support the monthly compensation processes (include Sales Credit Transfer, Larger project and New contract & Subscriptions) for our sales teams.
This includes having knowledge of and applying the compensation plan and managing exception requests through the Gov. Committee.
Lead / schedule / prepare Quarterly Sales comp review meetings (Gov Committee) with Regional Directors, Finance, HR and LA President
Contribute in compensation and cross-functional HR projects as needed.
Collaborate cross functionally with HRBPs and Sales Operations (Business intelligent team) to ensure commissions are paid accurately.
Collaborate and support the finance team in the accrual process each quarter.
Build and deliver sales compensation training and communication.
Bachelor’s Degree in any of these disciplines : Business, Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering
6+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation and / or sales operations
Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines
Advance Excel and analytical skills
Power BI knowledge (desirable)
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide analytical support
Communication skills (written and verbal), organizational, rational and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills / regional and multicultural team
Ability to develop direct reports
Ability to develop consistent processes within LAR
Self-starter with strong collaboration skills
Capability of Managing Multiple Priorities.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and multicultural teams.
Advanced English Level >
Portuguese will be a plus
