Job Overview :
An Operations Data & Analytics Ass. manager is the backbone of the Operations Department. They are the custodians of information vital to the Performance, Efficiency and Tracking of our Operational Pillars.
Working across Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Food & Beverage, Sustainability, Energy, Security, Technology & Community, they will lead the team that gives true insight for key stakeholders to gain both visibility and action accordingly.
From the vast amount of raw data we have across a multitude of systems, they will be able to convert it to a highly visual and actionable set of live reports, dashboards, trackers and tools that are able to align Operations teams spanning multiple countries and territories.
They will also be fundamental in setting and tracking important KPI metrics within these, and to further install standards as new markets develop.
Understanding of the Operations Department responsibilities and Business Goals
Generate incisive reports viewable at Executive level and below
Work with Operations Directors & Managers to develop tools and systems to analyse performance
Aggregate various data sources into simple & clean reports for teams to gain visibility and execute actions
Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
Spot trends and data connections
Deep dive into data to discover new metrics for performance drivers
Standardisation of reporting tools & metrics
Management of existing tools & reports to keep information up to date
Passion & Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist
Solid experience in data analysis and reporting
Dynamite spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets), with knowledge of the all important formulas for data manipulation & visualisation
Working knowledge or Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge & experience in SQL (Not Essential)
Superb communication skills
Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
Attention to detail
Project Management experience
University degree or Equivalent in maths-based subjects

Doing ad-hoc analysis into hot topic areas
Defining operational performance metrics
Providing visibility to all decision makers
Identifying areas of improvement and efficiency through analysis
Ensuring all regions have access to operational KPIs
