As part of the mobility team you would work on different process of the Assignee Life Cycle (incl. sub processes such as assignment initiation, meeting scheduling process, escalation processes, Tax Questionnaire deployment, Tax Return preparation process etc.
You will receive robust training before being assigned to the job. High quality, efficiency and good communication skills are the key success factors for this role.
The role requires constant interacting with the clients / expatriates in German and English language.
Specific activities - Staff :
Execution of the full scope of activities associated with the Assignee Life Cycle including but not restricted to :
Client initiations, meeting coordination and communications
Organizing annual EY site visits or country calls etc.
Document collection and review
Assisting tax team with any non tax related tasks where German language is required
coordination of shared mailboxes, preparation of German user guides on new EY technology, archival of emails, etc.)
Tracking or relevant documentation
Global coordination of clients
Writing internal & external communications in English and German
Ensure adherence to EY’s risk management protocols
Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks
Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA / KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilization and performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance and process efficiency.
Work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Complete performance review annually including goal settings and professional development activities for team members and helping them meet them throughout the year
Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required.
Be effective on the floor in terms of sharing learning / insights with peers / juniors / seniors.
Escalate case or project issues in a timely manner with proactive solution-based approach
Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables.
Attend mandatory trainings and certification courses.
People graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Project management professionals will be preferred.
Fluent in English.
No previous experience needed but will be an added advantage.
