Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for four BMS Facilities in South Hub : Al Rio Office & QA / QC Lab in Buenos Aires, Parque Andino in Santiago and Regus in Lima, guaranteeing daily activities.
  • Ensure operational capacity of BMS facilities, in terms of maintenance, IT & data services, electricity systems and security.
  • Organize resources as the primary point of contact for internal services, such us reception of guests, mails and incoming phone calls, vendors , internal mailing, hosting internal meetings and events, and distribution of working places in the offices.
  • Responsible for negotiation and management of key contracts such as offices rent / lease, cafeteria services, mobile phones, local transportation, cleaning services, maintenance among others.
  • Responsible for managing BMS car fleet on the three markets : grid & purchasing planning, managing CAR / DARs, maintenance programs, assignment of parking lots, fuel supply, registration of car fleet, insurance, penalties and taxes.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly reports to headquarters and ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensure EHS compliance. Lead processes for external and internal audits related to EHS and other purposes.
  • Identifies and anticipates issues relative Argentina, Chile and Peru, their relationship with HQ, or the delivery of new Business or Corporate requirements, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Actively seeks opportunities and readily embraces changes which will provide increased productivity or delivers increasing levels of service.
  • Implement training programs managing to form competitive teams.
  • Review KPIs and other performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement and works with local teams within Finance, Logistics, Global Procurement, QC / QA and Commercial partners to drive sustained improvement.

  • Uses technical knowledge and innovative thought processes to identify / implement new and innovative methodologies to improve operating functions.

  • Ability to interact with Senior Management.

    Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate degree (University / College) mandatory. Subject matter in order of preference : Engineer, Architect or Business Administration.
