Role Objective

    Main Responsibilities

  • Setting up metrics for measuring product / functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardising the metric definition
  • Measure impact of experiments related to function, analysing and helping in course correction
  • Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings.
  • Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
  • Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s).
  • Becoming the domain champion of the product / function with a clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product.
  • Monitor KPIs, build reports, deep dive into performance, updates, build projections and handle independent projects
  • Work as part of the product team to help feature design & development, monitor feature performance and customer sentiment
  • Process and transport data in an automated way, ensuring their quality
  • Creation of MVP and data products according to business needs satisfying technical standards.
  • Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, Physics, a related field, minimum 3+ years’ experience working on business analytics projects (preferred)
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and a high level of comfort with numbers.
  • Strong foundations in statistical methods
  • Fetching and manipulating large data sets using SQL.
  • Analysing and visualizing large data sets : Python
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • A keen sense of business and attention to detail
  • Being sensitive to the needs and challenges of stakeholders
  • Communication - both verbal and written
  • English (written & spoken)
  • Strong knowledge building dashboards on Power BI or similar
