  • Interested in joining a global IT company that has been growing 30% year-over-year internationally? Look no further. We are currently seeking individuals to join our LATAM Sales organization as Business Development Associates.

    In this position, you will be guided through a 6 training program where you will learn about the IT industry that we operate in, our consultative, relationship-based sales process and how to manage and develop your territory.

    The training program will also offer one-on-one mentorship opportunities from current Account Managers who provide guidance on how to grow their book of business.

    Upon graduation from training, you will transition into an Account Manager role with commission eligibility.

    What your typical day looks like :

  • Engage and build rapport with new clients to acquire sales through cold-calling, Linkedin, email, etc.
  • Utilize CRM and additional software to generate leads for Account Managers
  • Conduct research and continuously prospect for lead generation
  • Coordinate and participate in client-facing conference calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Assist Account Managers and other sales staff; effectively communicate with team-members
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and various trainings

  • What you need to pass go :

  • University degree preferred, but not required
  • 2 years of prior sales or cold calling experience preferred
  • Internal Locus of Control An I Can attitude that fuels self-motivation and persistence; a history of overcoming obstacles, competitive spirit, and accountability
  • Work Ethic Stable work history with a history of accomplishment and extra-curricular activities
  • Sales Desire Ideally some sales exposure; awareness and confidence in your desire for a long-term sales career
