Responsibilities :
Creating new recruiting strategies
Experience conducting searches and hiring of personnel in all the profiles involved in software development projects
Creating and modifying new job descriptions
Creating recruitment documents
Posting jobs on various channels
Conducting Screening interviews
Promoting the company on a wide basis
Requirements :
Excellent analytical skills
Familiar with HR databases, agile methodologies and Google Suite
Great problem-solving and communication skills
